Estate Agent Administrator
Location: Cirencester, Gloucestershire

Salary: subject to age and experience, ranging from £22k per annum FTE (pro rata).
Position: Part time. Working hours are 9:00am to 5:30pm on the agreed days, with availability required two Saturdays per month (9:00am to 4:00pm).

About Us: Moore Allen & Innocent is a long-established, independent firm of estate agents based in the heart of Cirencester. With a proud heritage, we are known for our deep local knowledge, trusted client relationships, and professional service across the Cotswold’s and beyond.
We are currently seeking a customer-focused individual to join our successful and growing residential sales team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is organised, personable, and driven to deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced property environment.

The Role:
This varied and rewarding role will involve:
  • Co-ordinating and undertaking property viewings, providing client feedback and following up with potential buyers
  • Liaising with clients, solicitors and other stakeholders to support the wider team
  • Supporting the residential sales team with administrative tasks including preparing property details, managing correspondence, and maintaining accurate records
  • A strong understanding of social media platforms
  • Preparing property details, managing databases and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation
  • Maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of the local property market
What we are looking for:
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and administrative capability
  • A positive, professional attitude with a willingness to learn
  • Previous experience in property, customer service, or administration is desirable but not essential
  • Ability to quickly build rapport and be a team player
  • Full UK driving license and own vehicle
