Jack joined the Agriculture Team in early 2021, after returning to his home patch of Oxfordshire following several years with a firm in rural North Yorkshire.
An experienced Land Agent and auctioneer, Jack is based between the Cirencester and Lechlade offices and assists clients on a wide range of matters including valuation, estate management, tenancy, planning and general advice.

Partner - Residential Sales, Auctioneer
Roy joined Moore Allen & Innocent in the late 1980’s following a short term in the Royal Navy. He qualified through the College of Estate Management in reading in the early 1990’s and was admitted as a Fellow of The National Association of Estate Agents in 1994. He became an equity Partner in 1995. He since qualified as a property Auctioneer in 2000 and latterly became a trainer to prospective auctioneers. Whilst his background is in estate agency he undertakes a considerable amount of his time in the new homes, development and refurbishment sectors along with assistance on valuations for a wide variety of purposes.
Outside of the office he enjoys skiing, cricket, squash and following rugby. Solace is found off shore sailing along the south coast. He is a member of a number of Trusts, Associations, Society’s and Clubs in, around Cirencester.

Bob Brewin
Lettings - Property Co-Ordinator
Retired Army captain Bob joined the firm in 2012 as a property manager in the lettings department. He is the first port of call for landlords or tenants with a query or problem.
Bob was in logistics with the Royal Corps of Transport/Royal Logistic Corps, ensuring men and material could get to where they were needed. He ended his Army career at the age of 50 as quartermaster at Hullavington barracks. Property management was part of his brief.

In early 2021, Matt made a significant career shift, leaving behind a thriving senior management position in retail to join our dynamic Sales team. With his diverse skill set, Matt plays a crucial role as our business developer and local valuer, serving the Cirencester and Lechlade offices. One distinctive feature about Matt is his penchant for boldly patterned shirts, making him easily recognizable. Beyond his work commitments, Matt immerses himself in his passion for classic cars, spending his free time tinkering and crafting new projects in his garage. He also cherishes leisurely walks in the local area, accompanied by his beloved wife and loyal four-legged companion. Teresa is the Residential Client Manager within the sales team but she never expected to become an estate agent.
After completing a secretarial course at Stroud College, Kemble-born Teresa came to Moore Allen & Innocent to provide two weeks' holiday cover in admin support.
... and in 2022 she celebrated her 30th anniversary with the firm.
Back in the 1990s, Teresa was given responsibility for the firm's only mobile phone. Later, she had the company's only computer with e-mail installed and colleagues would have to use her PC to send and receive electronic mail.

Kellie is secretary to Stuart Milsom, Emily Shorter and Lucy Kernon and assists with the running of the Farm Machinery Sales. She is on the Charities committee and the social media team.

Mark joined Moore Allen & Innocent in 2005 and during that time has built a well-respected reputation across the Cotswolds for honest, professional advice, delivering a high-quality personal service. Prior to joining the company Mark managed national accounts for a global relocation company.
When Mark isn’t in the office, he can be found tinkering with his Series II Land Rover, riding the country lanes on his motorbike or walking his Border Terrier with his family. Mark became Managing Partner in 2018.

Agriculture - Consultant - Valuer & Sales
Mark retired as a Partner of Moore Allen & Innocent in 2022 and now works part-time with the agricultural team as a consultant. He joined the firm in 1985 as a livestock auctioneer and managed the old Cirencester livestock market. Today his specialisms include valuing and selling farmland and rural properties.
He is a former joint Master of the VWH Hunt.
He lives at Ewen, and during dry spells a spring on his land is the source of the River Thames.
During one eventful dispersal auction, Mark joined the farm owner in the sidecar of his motorbike. After doing 100mph past cheering and clapping bidders, the brakes failed and the pair crashed into a muck heap.

Lauren serves as secretary to Jack Ayres-Sumner, Richard Dell and the Rural Sales Team. She joined the firm in 2022 and is on the Marketing Committee and part of the social media team. Having immigrated to England from South Africa 19 years ago, she met and married her husband in Cirencester and fell in love with the Cotswolds. During her leisure time, Lauren enjoys indulging her passion for painting and spending time with her family.

Theresa is head of our Lettings Department, based in our Cirencester office but works across all branches. She joined the firm in 2017 firstly as a property manager for our expanding portfolio of managed properties, before being promoted to Head of Lettings.
Having worked in the industry since 2003 she has a wealth of experience in the Cotswolds property market having lived in Cirencester and the Cotswolds for most of her life, She also offers an excellent knowledge of the local area.

Philip is senior auctioneer and valuer, and partner with responsibility for running the auction rooms. A generalist with expertise in 17th and 18th century furniture and musical instruments, Philip has been an auctioneer since 1986 and joined the firm in 1997. He frequently appears on antiques shows on TV.
Philip conducted his first auction on his 21st birthday, after hitting a deer in his Mini on the way to work.
The most expensive antique Philip ever sold was an uncatalogued Rembrandt he found in a client's attic. It sold for £2.2 million a provincial auction house record.
A punk and rock fan, he once lit Joe Strummer's cigarette at a Clash after-show party in Brixton, and treated himself to a 900cc Triumph Thruxton motorbike for his 50th birthday.
